This thing is amazing, I thought that this was going to be a waste of money but I was completely wrong. I just got back from a 4 day camping trip. I put one bag of ice inside on the morning of the first day and there were still bits of ice in the box in the evening of the last day.

I need this product taken back and all my money refunded. Unfirtunately i bought 2 and another 1 making a total of 3 in number. I Opened it and the first this was the handle was off. Tried to use it the next thing was all my food was on the floor because the handle could not carry the already made food i had inside . It such a frigile product that does should never in the first place be sold. It is so so sad a product like this should be allowed to sell on amazon. I make purchases on amazon with my eyes closed but this purchase has broken my trust. With the confidence i had thrown away the packaging thinking i would not have need to return it but it became such a big disappointment. Simply put i need my cash back

This is not the cheapest passive cool box, but the design of the (injection moulded polystyrene) insulation makes it potentially much better than most passive cool boxes of similar size (which use poorly fitted thin sheets of polystyrene). The construction of the box itself is similar to others. There is also a seal around the top where the lid sits which may help a little with keeping contents cool, but it does mean a little downward pressure is needed to be able to lift the handle for carrying. Fail to push the top down before lifting the handle and you risk breaking the handle at its 'hinge'. Heavily loaded, the handle feels as though it might break if held only in the middle. Ceratinly a step up from the rubbishy coolboxes being sold elwewhere, but with some small improvements could be even better.

Not great as handle broke and then meant the cooler didn’t close. Happened as carrying from car to campsite and it didn’t even have a lot in it! Disappointed with the quality, have requested a refund or replacement.

Sadly this broke on on of the the first uses (which was after the return date!). I was travelling and so was not able to return it, however after the first few uses the handle just came right off, and it was tricky to reinsert the holder bits on both sides to create a proper seal which is needed to keep the items cool inside. This was a real disappointment as it had good reviews otherwise and already being on the road this was the only way of keeping items cool whilst travelling. I would like a refund but not sure if this is an option as the box is basically useless now without the seal created from closing the handle properly.

Very disappointing, the “12V” description which suggests it is electronic and claims of keeping things chilled for up to four days is very misleading for this product. It is just a standard cool box which only kept the contents chilled for about eight hours.

I just received this marvelous cooler and it performed very well on its first expedition. The built-in bottle cap remover works well with my preference for soda in glass bottles. A word to new purchasers, however. There is some complaint about the lid, but after some experimentation I discovered the secret. When attaching the lid, you must "burp" the lid in the spirit of Tupperware. Pressing down on the lid while positioning the handle gives just enough room for the handle to be securely fixed on top.
